The project, although difficult due to physical and logistical reasons, was not only a sports challenge, but also a unique charity event that supported 48 people suffering from various serious diseases – brain tumour, cancer, broken spine, paralysis of four limbs, etc. Tomasz was awarded the CHARITY HERO for organizing the project.
Among them were people who needed expensive treatment to win with a terminal illness or those who needed rehabilitation or a wheelchair. There was also an orphanage in Bolesławiec, to which Thomas Kozlowski donated $2.500,There was also a hospital where his daughter almost died right after she was born. Thomas was collecting money for an incubator for the intensive care unit where his child’s life was saved. As part of the campaign, over $50.000 was collected and the whole sum was given to those in need.
The sponsors were private individuals, groups of people, companies and organizations, who, by joining the action,became at the same time the Ambassador of “their” jump.
The Ambassador’s task was to promote a specific jump to raise funds for the needy. To this end, he launched his environments, relationships, surroundings and friends encouraging them to make payments for a specific jump.
